I am a 38-year-old man and have been married for
the past nine years. Of late, I have started experiencing pain in my
right testicle and lower abdomen. The pain starts when I withhold my
sexual urge or achieve erection but don’t have sex or masturbate. This
used to happen earlier too. But of late, the pain has become severe and
the frequency has increased. Is this normal? Do I need to see a doctor?

First of all, you need to complete the act. The pain is probably due to the congestion of blood in the testicles. Please see a urologist.
