Does doing jelqing damage blood vessels around the penis?

I am 30-year-old married man I have two questions. 1) I have tried doing jelqing for two weeks and noticed better erection. However, reports online state that jelqing damages blood vessels around the penis What should I do? 2) I ejaculate as soon as I penetrate. Plaese help me.
