I had unprotected sex with my partner for 3 years. Now we both are getting married to someone else. Will my sperm count and strength be okay?

I had a three-year relationship with a woman and we regularly had unprotected sex. Each time after intercourse, she would clean her vagina with tissue paper and water. She never conceived. Now she has got married to another man. I am also getting married soon. Will my sperm count and strength be okay?

    What is the connection? The way she prevented pregnancy is highly suspect. So, let’s hope both are okay — your sperm count and her ova.
