Whenever I try to masturbate, instead of semen, urine comes out and sometimes my penis gets swollen. However, I have regular nightfall. What should I do?

    This should not happen as the urine bladder sphincters shut down and do not allow urine to pass when intercourse occurs. See a urologist or an andrologist.
