105. I have been urinating frequently in the last two weeks, especially
at night. This has started ever since I had sex with my wife. As soon I
pass urine, I feel the need to go again. Recently, I found some pus in
my urine too. I also experience a burning sensation and mild pain in the
lower abdomen. My wife has also been noticing a white discharge. Could
we have an infection?

Your wife must see a gynecologist for her problem, and you should have your morning urine examined at the pathology laboratory. Meanwhile, drink plenty of fluids.
