I am having an affair with my wife’s elder sister. I don’t use a condom. She is married to a driver. Is there any chance that I will contract AIDS?

    Incest cannot be accepted. How has your wife endured your callous attitude and what has driving got to do with your action? She is not likely to pass on an infection. You may, if you have multiple partners.
