What can I do to sustain my erection for long?

I am 27 years old and have been married for three years. I am unhappy with my sex life. I get an erection quick enough but it doesn’t last long. I ejaculate as soon as I enter my wife. Even after indulging in a lot of foreplay, both of us end up feeling sad and unhappy. I have tried everything but in vain. After I ejaculate, I feel weak and experience a dull headache. We are childless and have stopped having sex. Please help. What can I do to sustain myself for long? We wish to have a healthy baby.
