I am a 58-year-old married man. Six months ago my
prostate gland was surgically removed due to urological problems. Since
then I have not been able to ejaculate. I have been suffering from

Usually, the erection becomes okay after the procedure. Take a course of Vigomax Forte tablets (Charak) twice a day for three weeks. Take the tablets before meals.
