My friend has developed black spots on his penis. Has he contracted HIV?

My friend, who is 23 years old, is bisexual. Recently, he had anal sex with a boy without using a condom. Now, he has developed black spots on his penis. There’s a spot on his testicle too. Has he contracted HIV?

    Let your friend attend to his rash behaviour. The best he can do is to visit an ICTC centre, at any major hospital like KEM, JJ or GT in Mumbai.
