I am 35-year-old woman. I am having an affair with a 50-year-old man and we have been sexually intimate for the last one year. He is very fit and healthy, physically and mentally. Earlier, he would get a good erection, but this hasn’t been the case for the last one month. A month ago, he went on a diet. He has been suffering from Hepatitis B and recently, the doctor suggested he take Tenohep or Tentide tablets. I read on the Internet that the tablet is for HIV-1 infection. Is he suffering from HIV or does the medicine have other usages too? Please clarify.

  1. It is prescribed for other problems too. I suggest you talk to him and clarify matters. In the meanwhile, be careful. Always insist on a condom and do not touch any infected skin.
