I wear cotton underwear to keep my testicles in place. Will it affect my sex life?

I am a 37-year-old married man and have one child. I wear cotton underwear to keep my testicles in place. At home, I wear shorts minus the underwear. Because of this my testicles hang loose. Will it affect my sex life?
