I feel good without wearing an underwear, is this habit okay or should I stop it?

I am a 26-year-old unmarried man. I have the habit of sleeping naked. I even wear pants without wearing an underwear. I feel good doing this. Is this habit okay or should I stop it?

    So long as you keep your pants on while people are around, you can continue enjoying yourself.
