My libido has gone down over the years. Is this because of my loose testicles?

I am a 32-year-old man. I have been masturbating since I was a teenager. I have noticed that my testicles hang loose at all times, except in the morning. My libido has also gone down over the years. Is this because of the loose testicles?

    There is no connection between your hanging testicles and your libido. The scrotum’s function is to expand when it is hot and contract when cooler, so that the testicles remain one degree cooler than the body temperature.
