I suffer from erectile dysfunction. What do I do?

I am a 65-year-old man and have been suffering from diabetes for the last 15 years. I suffer from erectile dysfunction and am unable to have intercourse. However, I like to masturbate. My penis is nine inches long when erect and it attains this length during masturbation. What do I do?

    Consult a sexologist. If you can get an erection at masturbation, why cannot you insert into a vagina?
