I have small skin-coloured eruptions on my penis.
While they aren’t filled with pus and don’t hurt, they erupt in
clusters. I have had them for around two years. I also have small viral
warts under my eye. Could it be due to the same infection?

Why conjecture about the cause of the eruptions and treat them blindly? You have a skin problem and it would be best to immediately see a skin specialist. Also, did the boils occur after unprotected intercourse?
