I have been noticing granules around the ring of my penis. Please help.

I am a 24-year-old man.Though I have never had sex,I masturbate regularly.I also don't suffer from any health problem. However,for the last six months,I have been noticing granules around the ring of my penis. How do I get rid of them?

    You need to visit a dermatologist. He/she will able to diagnose the problem.
