My penis doesn't become as hard as before and it pains after intercourse. Please help.

I am a 32-year-old married man.I got married last year. Nowadays,I find that my penis doesn't become as hard as before. I also feel pain in the penis after intercourse. I consume tobacco thrice a day and have been doing so for a long time.

    Consult an andrologist or a urologist who will examine you to find out the cause of the pain.Its time you give up tobacco. It may well be the cause of your erectile problems.
